The One-stop Facilitation Center – Is a physical site where core services shall be provided, either on-site or electronically, and access to intensive services, training services, and other CARE program services shall be available for Communities, Members, Staff, Volunteers, Partners and other Stakeholders. The OSFC arises out of a need to implement the Global Restoration Plan instituted by Center for Amity and Restoration of Earth (C.A.R.E Global)
